CESVIMAP visits SAGOLA and gets to know the new facilities for the mechanization and assembly of the top products.
This Summer SAGOLA enjoyed the visit of the Technical and Communication Teams from the internationally recognized Research and Road Safety Centre of MAPFRE, CESVIMAP. Led by the responsible heads of both departments, Pablo López Izquierdo and Teresa Majeroni, we were accompanied all day long by a group of 8 people.
Both companies have been several decades working very closely, which is vital for a continuous technological evolution in such a demanding sector as it is the refinishing one.
One of the main objectives of this visit was get to know the new facilities that SAGOLA GROUP ended up renewing last year. With this we expect our departments R+D+i, mechanizing, assembly and quality control to be more practical and productive. The visitors could also verify the really high production quality we carry out.
The changes these premises offer are:
• New Assembly Plant.
• Updating of Machinery for Mechanization Processes.
• Updating of the Quality Control tools and machinery for the final verification of the painting of the spray guns.
• Efficient improvement at our robotized warehouse for finished product.
